matched to its town, from the street address where the page carries one and from
the school name where it does not. Missouri schools are usually named for their
town, which covers most of the rest. Eleven schools named after neither their
town nor a prefix are mapped by hand. Anything that cannot be resolved is
reported rather than guessed, because a regional page that quietly drops a real
program is worse than no page at all.
